Losing, But Never Forgetting

Even tough I am alone, I believe I can make it
Through all this pain I am going through, I am
gonna shake it
People bring me down by saying lots of things
it hurts me so bad, but I let them say what they want to say
Some words hurts me more then others
especially since they are coming from friends and relatives
They think I do not know, but I know it all
About every secret talk or phone call
They talk about how me and him are a mess
and they figure out ways to get me to themselves
They make up lies about the person I am with
just to make me mad so they can comfort my tears
I only know of 1 or 2 friends
that encourages me through thick and thin
Yes we have had our problems, I will admit that
but they have been there no matter how mad
I wish they could feel how I feel
when they help me out with my love and other friendships
I will always be thankful for having these friends
but I might have to get rid of some of them at the end
Somebody does not like them, so they can not be in my life
But I will always remember them in my heart, my soul, and in my mind!!
