....you would not find one that shone as brightly as your eyes
Nor could the sun's rays dance through the wheat fields.......
....with more colour than your golden wisps of hair.
From the moment we met not one day has gone by.......
....without me learning more about my Orchid Lady
Whenever we stand on that lovely old bridge.......
....the water flows gracefully like a liquid highway of nature.
I have learned there is more to life than simply love.......
....there is care; there is laughter yet there is concern for your illness
As you live through each day with that lingering pain.......
....though I cannot share it; I vow each moment will be spent beside you.
Sweetheart, times won't always be like they are today.......
....one morning you will wake and you will notice a change
You will be able to breathe without that pain in your chest.......
....and that nasty back pain will become a pain of the past.
One thing I admire about you and this is your fortitude.......
....it is the way you grasp each day with both hands

Each evening I pray to God for sending me one of his angels.......
....he knew I required a special lady to share my life
That day your eyes looked at me and you placed your hand in mine.......
