Masquerade ball

by Nobody   Jun 23, 2008

It seems that everyone is wearing masks
hiding away their true selves
pretending to be something their not
life is giant masquerade ball
people are deceiving
people are cruel
people are only trying to shield their true identity
we are all dancing
moving from one person to the next
trying to see past the fake laughs and plastered smiles
trying look into each other eyes
trying to find the truth
behind the disguise
