A Rainy Night of Love

by Anne Taguibao   Jun 23, 2008

That night...
It was party then and I was drunk,
All things seems doubled, straightly I can't stand..
As I sat down,I suddenly felt your hand
And as it captured my shoulder, the music seemed to stop..

I closed my eyes as my head laid on your chest,
My heart pounded hard when I felt the air you breath,
As it rush on my face, blood bounced on my nerves,
My mind would never seem to rest..

I said, "Please bring me home" coz I don't know
What I am gonna do, though I don't want to go..
You let me ride on your motorcycle, but after so,
You pulled my hand around you, and I can't say no..

As we pass on the street, the sky began to cry
So we stopped on a shed, where I started to hide
This stupid feelings that's making me high
So I stood quiet, though uneasy by your side..

You're not contented of the trouble you gave me,
You held my hand as you embraced me tightly..
I haven't thought or imagined that I could ever feel,
This burning desire, to the point of insanity..

And that was the night...
As if God seemed to be very kind..
When He gave, and let us own the night..
We've spilled colors in the absence of light,
Our eyes speak of love which won't die..

Fantasy and reality had just combined,
That in the middle of the night and underneath the pouring sky
Your soul and mine just hungrily unite,
And eventhough its cold,we ignite...

We catched every drop of rainwater,
As your every touch made me shiver..
You made me lost my strength, your presence won't make me better
But the memories you gave me,will prison me forever..

I love you..I love you really...
The whole of me is yours, you have me entirely..
You're my fantasy, you just became a reality..
From forever, even through eternity...
