If i had one wish

If I had one wish,
I would wish for a plane
A plane to take me
Away from everything

Or maybe…
I would wish for a kiss
A kiss to tell me that someone loved me
And that everything would be alright

But wait…. Perhaps
I would wish for the sun
The sun that would shine on me
So people could see who I truly am

Or…
I could wish for a camera
A camera to remember the times
When I was all happy and carefree

Or, possibly,
I would wish for someone else's shoes
So I could walk a mile in them
And learn who they truly are.

Or maybe,
Just maybe I won't make a wish
Because I am confident, carefree,
And happy with whom I am.
