Washing the world away

Oh wow look at all
these beautiful tall
trees that the earth
offers to us. The rebirth
of all living things are made.

That is until man came
along. Man made a claim
that earth belonged only to
him. But, look at what you
did to those trees.

Trees are missing, being
cut down. Animals are fleeing
for their life. Man thought he
was good for all. But can't you see
all the destruction you've caused?

Can't you see all of the harmful pain
you've caused animals? What's the gain
from that? Nothing at all, but killing.
Are we just so blind, or unwilling
to see all the damage we've caused?

Do you hear the animals crying?
They are begging, trying
to get us to realize our mistakes.
Think about this: the aches
we are causing the world will
come back to haunt us. Until
we get this through our head,
we will cause this world to shred.

What about the depletion of the ozone layer?
That's causing global warming. Time to say your prayer
because the rate we are going, the world will go astray
because we are causing pain that is washing the world away.
