You thought you had me fooled,
but you did no such thing.
You thought you had me wrapped around your finger,but that wont happen until pigs have wings.
You thought that you could treat me like crap,
but I will never fall in your trap,
Besides, your head is shaped like a cap,
and unlike you, I don`t sit in just anybody`s lap.
You told me that you`d go out with your friends a lot,
and at first I did not care,
But when you did not call me at all,
it did not seem fair.
I called you like three times in a row,
and you still did not answer your phone,
and when I heard your answer machine go,
I knew that you were not alone.
So a minute later my bff called,
it turns out that you have been cheating,
and every Wednesday thats what you do,
and at first, I did not want to believe her,
but she said she had some pictures of you.
She sent them to me over the Internet,
and when I saw them I started to cry.
Then i realized it was true,
I fell in love for the very first time.
Cause I fell in love with you.
I know you`ll never hurt me severely,
Cause my life don`t revolve around you,
But I do know that you hurt me bad,
And that will always be true.
I won`t let you keep me down,
because I was taught better than that,
You can even make up lies about me,
But I know those lies are fat.
My world will never revolve around you,
Cause if you listened you would see,
that the only reason I loved you,
Is because I thought that you loved me.
