Does it matter?

Life is pointless until someone cares
Until someone knows who you are
You could have no name
No way of anyone recognizing you
And you could die
No one would care
It wouldn't hurt anyone
But if you had a name
You've done something with someone
You're recognizable
Someone will care
It'll be a loss
Think about it...
If I died right now
And you didn't know me
Would you really care?
The only reason murders are shown on the news...
Is because someone cared
A person... just like the one who died
Took away their life
And it hurt someone
So it matters
If no one knew them
No one felt anything for them
It wouldn't matter...
