Hiding my emotions all away

I wish to be with the one I love
Only I can’t, the almighty above
He sent his son to die for me
But I can’t be free

I am bound in these chains
Crashing down are the rains
Filling my heart with hurt and pain
I do nothing but sit and dream

I have lain in the pit of hell
All and nothing, just serene

I wish I could love like I should
Detaching from this piece of wood
Loving for all I am,
