While reading this piece i was like "omg! what a exact word!"
all your words seemed so exact to describe this feeling
i feel i can relate to this poem. it hurts when you realize that what you believed was trustig a person was actually blindly believing.

there were some slips through this poem:
I know not what to do with this heart -- maybe "i don't know what to do with this heart" is better?
''When every word of yours creating a barrier so secure" - i think it should be "created" or "creates"
i loved the title so much. it reflects the whole emotion of the poem. you realize these realtions and feelings were "bitter", but still you miss it all, that is why it is "sweet".
there are so many beautifel and meaningful details!
i really love how you combine the "bitterness" and "sweetness"
    for example:
For a stranger had once stolen my heart, <-- stealing a heart is rather negative
And my life had turned to this masterpiece of art. <-- such a sweet and warm line!!

This was just breath taking. As if you perfectly describing the feeling. i can really relate to this, and so can much others.

**Never once thought that I this bond would break,
But times change and we're sometimes forced to wake.**
as if it were all a dream, and she was foolish enough to believe it all. i liked the word *bond*

**But was it my own fault that I became emotionally attached,
Was it really my own fault that this heart you snatched?** this stays my favourite part. where i got really touched. (if i clearly understood what you were syaing) she feels powerless, and as if it -wasn't her fault-
it amplifies that sensation of not being able to be in control.

**I silently wonder if you still recall who I am**
as if she was forgotten ? O_o" so sad..

**I know not what to do with this heart that cannot forget**
the heart won't be able. -trying to forget someone if like trying to remember someone you never knew.- its just not possible.

**And to the rest of the world I had bid adieu.** XD yay a french word lol . made me smile

very sweet poem, mixed with sadness.
loved it, going straight to my favourites.
    ^^ keep writing
