Faded Misery

by Josh   Jun 29, 2008

It's part of his everyday routine. Bushing it off he makes it unseen. Life at home is horrible always hearing the screaming, it's always the same fight. Sitting in his room crying and yelling night after night. He wants to get out but the threats make him fear. Beaten and hurt, afraid of more bringing him to tears. Why someone would be so cruel, how this can happen he wants to know. But to the public eye these emotions he dares not to show. He feels compassion for others who also must endure what he must. All the screaming, all the yelling, listening to them bring shame and hearing them cuss. He longs for relief, for some place with care. But a dreadful life like this is what he must bare. Why he cannot have a life filled with joy he wishes to know. Why others get the chance for happiness and he feels so low. I hate you, you ruined my life always being screamed in his ear. He cannot take this much more, he knows the end is near. So much hatred in his heart as he lies on his bed. His finger on the trigger and the barrel to his head.
