Suffocate

by schlampe   Jun 30, 2008

One intake of breath,
the air is not clean.
It's a suffocating death trap,
try to breathe.

Watch out, germs will destroy you.
Bacteria flies in your open mouth.
The virus will spread,
Spread from me to you.

So close your mouth,
plug your nose,
and let your heart stop.
You can't breathe.

You aren't the only one,
we'll die if we do,
and if we don't.
The pro and the con.

I glance at your blue face,
I know you want to breathe.
No, you can't, if you do you'll die.
So stay without breathing.

We face the epidemic,
together.
Grab my hand, we'll hold on,
together.

And we watch each other suffocate.
