My Best Friend James

Hello there Jameipoo,
this poem is for you.
Each day I wake up to your hello.
You make my day, I hope you know.

The plans we have for when we meet.
Walks in the park, then off to eat.
Blowing bubbles on the sand.
On to the swings, please hold my hand.

We'll rock it out then dance real slow
and watch the ocean sunset glow.
Such little kids we seem to be.
We're best friends, you and me.

We'll laugh like never before
and I'll tickle you to the floor.
I'll run and jump for a squeeze.
You'll be so warm I'll never freeze.

Under my blanket I will hide
as you fight to get inside.
Oh James you are my best friend.
I hope that day will never end.
