These Words

So many words
on the tip of my tongue.
Been there for years
Though I'm still young.

I want the world to know
That I'm still me,
That no matter what happens
That's all I'll ever be.

I want him to hear
That I really do forgive
Because he matters
And I want him to live.

I want her to realize
That she's better than the rest
And that is the reason
I love her the best.

I want you to see
That I care about you
And am grateful for
All the little things you do.

If only I could speak
These words from my heart,
