Or a light that lets her see
How amazing she really is
And what she means to me

The clock ticks away our time
This poem gives off just enough light
To let me find another rhyme

If I could have your attention, observe this fuse.
Leads to these explosives that I'm about to use.
Before you freak out, just let me explain.
This bomb is the answer to all of my pain.

If there's one thing I've learned, it's that we never feel the heat until we get burned.
But we try so hard not to die.
