Overwhelmed

by dante   Jul 3, 2008

Fresh blood drips from the tattered carcass
All lacerations from my talons and fangs
The gouge across my chest pulses as blood oozes through
Yet flesh wounds matter nought to me
But why would they
I have no pure body of my own
No true vessel for my scathing soul
I live to serve the bestial side of me
The hybrid of feline and vampyre
The power of my claws and wings
Let them overwhelm my body and let me live in eternal nirvana
As the hybrid child
Who cast off fates shackles and walks his path alone
