It’s been a while hasn’t it bud?
Since we’ve seen each other last,
Where have all the years gone
Time sure has traveled fast!

Look at you all grown up now,
A woman no longer a girl,
With a head on steady shoulders
Ready to take on the word

Never have I met someone
With such determination, with such heart,
It’s who you are that’s got you this far
It’s who you are that sets you apart

You see,

A friend like you is hard to find
There isn’t a lot out there or many,
Who’ve achieved the things that you have achieved
Or give hugs the same as you Jenny!

I always knew you were destined for great things
These first 21 years were only the start
There are many more years to come my friend
Just let god guide your heart.

In your life you will meet many people
Living life counting down the hours,
Many journeys you will make with them
But none will be quite like ours

Only seems like yesterday doesn’t it?
My dear friend of many years,
That we were just mere kids growing up
Going through life un aware

That one day our paths would cross
And a great friendship would embark
On a journey that would last a life time
Till death do us part.

So happy birthday my bestest buddy
I'm sorry I couldn’t be with you all there together
