The Gentle Whisper Of My Death

by Tom Swart   Jul 5, 2008

May the signal of my death come as a gentle whisper to your ear
And the moment of my passing enjoy a pause where you
Might gather breath from within where my memory sleeps.

As my name glides lightly over your tongue and lips,
may it join with loves chorus gently awakening the
Sensations that have slept, waiting peacefully for the end.

These vibrations of the last expression of my life
shall echo and fade as each ripple finds refuge
For eternity deep within your heart.

How shall i love thee, good i think indeed upon your last to receive your first but only love. well done thou hast touched the heart upon which no regret shall rest.
