The Friend That Couldn't Be

by Sam Hindmarsh   Jul 5, 2008

The Leaves fall from the trees,
I can not cast its spell,
But as I can not feel any love,
Nothing I wouldn't sell.

For you to be my friend,
It would be all I need.
It is soon nearing the end,
Start sewing the seeds.

I couldn't call on anyone else,
To be the one for me.
But as the dark is growing near,
I still feel for thee.

So as I come to a close,
I wanted to conclude,
You were the best friend I did chose.
But I can't conclued with that.
