Poem Clouds

Poem Clouds

Puffy clouds in a turquoise sky
Verses gathering there on high
Vapors woven in slow rotation
Forming from poets' creation
Trying to capture these gems of meaning
Built on eloquence, they're leaning
But mental winds from life's bitter shore
Can tear these poem clouds to the core
As they dissipate in the manic wind
Never to coalesce again
Their essence drifts back to the skies
Till the day more poem clouds arise.
