Sometimes
life gets you down
and it doesn't help
that your best friend moved out of town
and that some people
just want to make you cry
and sometimes you
just wish you could die

Now
just hold your head up
keep moving forward
and you might take the cup
it's hard, i know
but when you win
life's a lot better
and you'll most likely grin
