ONCE UPON A TIME

by Alex Joyaux   Jul 7, 2008

Once upon a time,
There lived a happy pair,
Their hopes and dreams were many,
Worries not a care

Yet as the years crept up on them,
Those dreams began to fade,
Reality had settled in,
Nothing was the same

Through thick and thin,
The battles waged,
Powered forth by fits of rage,
The future seeemed so very grim,
Nothing was the same again

Once upon a time,
A mere memory,
The aftermath of the all the past,
Is all that's left to see

Dark!! But at the same time I love it. I like your writting because it always has a lot of imagery. =]
