Love Prayer

by D Jon Versatino   Jul 7, 2008

Angels north and south,
Angels east and west,
Spread your wings and fly,
Arrive on time
Let my love be in your warm reception
Encircle with love and care,
As she lay and sleep,
Let her have peace and sweet dreams,
And when she wakes,
Bath her with confident and hope,
Tell her how much I love her
And when she smile, let remember she is-
My one and only

Angels north and south
Angels east and west,
When she is confused
Let her listen to her heart
And when she is trouble,
Let her remember my song,
And when she smiles
Let her throw away her weakness,
Even though she is far way from me
I will always lay my bed in heart,
Dream of me early at night
While I dream of her late at night
And when it breaks into a new day
Our smile will hold each other, blissfully.

Angels north and south,
Angels east and west,
Protect gracefully,
Let no evil be a friend,
Tell her God loves her,
And we will be together for ever,
And, if there is another life beyond this life,
Then we will become angels some day.

Great work. I love the story it tells.
