You'll never know.

by Hannah Heroine   Jul 7, 2008

We're sitting so close and yet our minds are wandering far. Questioning, second guessing, wondering who we really are.
Your mind is full of someone else, my mind only captures you. Your thoughts are far away, mine are right here in this moment.
Wanting to pull you close, but afraid to draw you near. I don't want to be abandoned here.
I fill the pages in my journal with everything about you, questioning every aspect of you.
but mostly how you really feel and what you honestly think of me. I'll probably die not knowing, you keep it all locked inside, Buried beneath the heaviness of time.
For, if you were to shed one single tear, i would catch it and no one would ever have to know....
The only thing you must know is that you'll probably never know how much you really mean, to me.
I would die just so that you could breathe....
I would fake a smile so you would never have to see my tears....
I would lay down my life and give up everything, if you were mine and you would never let me go....
