Reminiscing about when we thought our love would last
Ironic how things can become complicated so fast
How can I love someone so manipulative and unkind
Trying without success to erase you from my mind

Truth be told, still love you more than you know
It's just that my emotions I no longer let show
Deep down we're both aware you still have my heart
Funny that I once thought we would never part

Gave all of my trust but it was all in vain
For you left me all alone and crying in pain
Wondering when it'll stop, this endless misery
Though deep down know you're no good for me

My world once technicolour till you painted it black
Just another liar and cheat, yet still want you back
Say that you love me but we can't be together
Guess it was another lie when you promised forever

Takes all of my energy just to get through each day
How did I let myself become another heartbroken cliche
Wondering now if love we shared you ever did value
'Cause though it hurts to think of you it's all I can do

Now when thinking of you, down cascade the tears
How could you leave me alone and let our love disappear
Mind screaming you're no good, now it's time to move on
Seems my heart just wont accept the fact that you're gone
