Some parents you were

by Nobody   Jul 8, 2008

Ha! what great parents are you.
you made me scarred and bruised
i laugh at those who don't know the truth

i wish you were here
so i could tell you
the way i feel

you pushed me around
you crushed my self esteem
you watched me stumble to the ground

you left me with nothing
you took everything
from me

my childhood was damaged
with alcohol and anger
i was always on my own
but somehow i still managed

so go ahead
pretend that you were great parents
i wish you could see
what you did to me!

That was well written your pain in your words is so clear to everyone. Im glad you have been strong enough to come through such a difficult situation if its about you...your poems are all so good and you seem liken you have a good head on your shoulders....
