A mist upon the far off shore
cast below this rage of emotion
a tear for all the days spent turning
looking for a strength to hold
tell a friend some sweet soft story
to engineer a fate unseen
lullabies sad as Satan looking on his long lost queen
foreign as the strangest stranger
walking through the desolate place
a summers dream once vibrant as life
now cold beneath the palest face.
