Maybe if I was prettier
He'd look my way
Maybe if I was skinnier
He'd want to stay
Maybe if I was smarter
I'd know what to say

this would be a better day
But its not....

things would be easier on me
Maybe if I stopped for a second
I would open my eyes and finally see
