LOCKED-My crime and punishment

by Invited   Jul 12, 2008

The gunshot shot throughout
The air
Soaring and craving for murder
As if without a care.
For it reached the wrong man-
and hit the policeman
Assaulting the police officer
Was my crime.
Being in a pestilential prison
With a life-long lock
You begin to talk to yourself-
and that's a shock.
No friends but yourself
You think you're a lunatic
Then you make oneself
Purposely sick.
Being hanged is the best option
Suicide it may be
But one can't live here
Unless he unlocks the key.

(Crime means beneficial punishment)

Wow I loved this, it was a beautiful work. Although it may be short, it holds alot of meaning. And you nailed it with just so many words. You show that you must pay for you crime, no matter what, and the punishment for it can be deadly. Even so.

    good work
