Replacing You

by malina   Jul 14, 2008

My phone keeps ringing
I know it's only you
I hate you
I tell myself I don't need you

I don't want to hear your voice
I can't stand you saying sorry
I won't see you
I know if I do, we'll go back to what we use to be

How you use to hold me tightly
Your kisses were so sweet and heavenly
Tell me how could you do this to me?
Didn't you promise that we were meant to be?

I know i was stupid to easily believe you
To not ask questions when it was obvious
I let you drift so far away
And I closed the door that was opened for us

Sorry Sorry Sorry
I wish that word didn't exist
My mind is so confused
In a cloud of mist

When I can look at only you again
Don't let me wait so long for you
If I start to break away from you
Hold me close and pretend there's only us two

Until then, it's my turn to say sorry
I can't wake up seeing your face
Hearing your sweet whispers
I have to find someone else to fit your place
