I know ( About domestic violence )

The fist of yours that scares me
that bruises all over my skin
the punches seem to get harder
i know i could never win

The words of yours that hurt me
the nasty things you say
the things i try to forget
i know they won't go away

The grip of yours thats haunts me
when you grip a little too tight
when you mark my skin with fingerprints
i know i can not fight.

The touch of yours that fears me
when you touch me too hard
when i sceam for the pain to stop
I know that i will be scarred

The fist of yours that scares me
that made me scream and cry
no one knew what happened when doors where closed
until the night he left me to die...
