The Monkey man pome

by Michael Verterel   Jul 17, 2008

He sat on the branch, eating it up
One small banana, ending in peels
He was no child, believe it enough
he was a grown man, or so we though

a grown monkey man, with hairy arms
swinging from tree to tree.
MUST HAVE MORE NANNERS!
he said as he swang free.

But still it was he with no manners,
that swang into parties,
and stole their fruity cake!

though he spit it out,
in fear of a tiny green worm,
he didn't like it at all
and there was no doubt
