A world where you aren't present

by XXXNellieXXX   Jul 17, 2008

As i try to see, beyond the now
tears fill my eyes, and all my head could do is bow
there is a big black hole
full of sorrow and a lifeless soul

A world where you aren't present

The places that i look for
where you would normally be
i never seem to find
and you're all i long to see

If, maybe, sometime or when
my heart begins to mend
though the tears still fall
to you only my heart will call

Mistakes are meant to br
but you and i, were we not destiny
I can't see beyond the now
because you aren't there
i see a place, full of sorrow

i was your princess, but now a peasant

I can't see a world where you aren't present
