The Hunter

by Paralyzed   Jul 18, 2008

Creeping darkness,
Dimming light,
Someone save me,
From this night.

Howling screams,
Tortured soul,
Sadistic pleasures,
Make me whole.

I am a beast,
You are my prey,
It matters not,
The words you say.

Scream in pain,
I know you will,
This is where,
I draw my thrill.

You cannot help,
But let it go,
This agony,
The pain I sow.

Feel the cut,
Caress your bone,
Drawing out,
All fear you've known.

I've tried to turn,
To walk away,
I can't go back,
I have to stay.

My mind is raging,
Heart is black,
You must pay,
For all I lack.

Peace shall never,
Find my mind,
Tied in knots,
That won't unwind.

I've left this world,
Though I'm still here,
Your darkest dream,
Your greatest fear.
