When I lived my life, just for myself.
I wanted, only what I wanted.
Soon I found, many things going wrong.
For my needs were falling apart.
God sent someone he knew I'd trust.
Someone, who in the same way felt.
Deep in her hearts, she wanted God.
As I took another look I then grew in him.
It wasn't easy, to completely change.
I still felt sin was too hard to let go.
Until one day I realized I was released.
He kept making tests for me to overcome.
Soon enough I was strong with his love.
He took her away, from my heart, to a friend.
She may not be the one for me now.
But God's plans will arise and one day will prevail.
Whatever they may be. I trust you God.
Whatever you want. I give you my life.
