One Shade Of Colour

Note: This is what happened to me... before i wrote \"Colourless\"... i guess kind of an introducing poem...

I Woke up happy,
for the first time in years.
I Spent my day in glee,
I had no fears.

Spent evenings just talking,
Nights needed not much more.
And summer came,
The last of times we had in store.

I leaned over to kiss you,
you hesitated then gave in.
I told you i missed you,
you acted like it was a sin.

Yet even so i still loved you,
And thats what screwed me up.
I actually cared for someone,
But that's never enough.

We spent a last night together,
it didn't feel right.
I had a horrible dream,
It lasted through the night.

The next day i woke up,
your smiles no where to be found.
I search the house,
Not a whimper, not a sound.

I thought nothing of it,
I continued on my day.
i talked to you later,
When i heard you, my heart gave way.

I heard a slight sense of worry,
a small cry from inside.
I'm sure you had reasons,
But you had something to hide.

I went to a party,
Looked all around for your face.
Wondered what lucky man,
would be blessed with your grace.

I walked into a room,
My heart simply broke.
After such a night,
You Stuffed a d*ck down your throat.

I Defended you,
When my friends called you a sl*t.
I even Hit Ryan,
I Just wanted to shut him up...

I thought i meant something,
I thought the rumors were lies.
I Destroyed 3 friendships...
and for what?.. Phony cries?

Suddenly my life filled with darkness.
F*ck life no one cared.
I Thought it wouldn't be like this.
Yet there Death Stared...
