Now replaced by warm tears of memories.

I wake up each day to... silence.

I dream about you every night.
Your hugs hold my body firm,
stopping me from lashing out
at anything that could hurt you.

Remembrance is so rewarding,
because it is so easy to forget.

I want to tell you that I loved you,
and, in fact, still do.
But, thanks to you, I will never be lonely.
