An angel heard her calling
and said she needed a friend
said that she was really hurting
and couldn't hold it in.
She said she needed someone
to talk too
Someone to share her feelings with
and asked the angel if she could
just bare with it.
To let all her pain & worries out
so it can finally be free
from worrying about her soldier hero
that died saving his country.
She never did imagine
that his life would be taken so soon
for they were just recently married
and an unborn child he hardly knew.
she said she never got the chance to tell him
that he finally was going to have a daddy day
for everything he had wished for
is a son is what he prayed.
After she told the angel
about her worries and her pain
she asked the angel what do i do now?
what can make it all go away?
The angel then said to her
I know you lost a love one
and your son lost his dad
A father lost his life
fighting for everything he had.
She cried out to the angel
and said i don't know what to do
where do i go from here now
we lost everything we knew.
