There are days when I sit alone and think of the important matters in life
I think of money; ample work opportunities and sadly about wars that affect us all
All these things aside, one vitally important fact continually appears to my thinking -
- Orchid Lady this fact indicates - without you; my life has no immediate importance
It is critical that clouds gather and cry their rain over vast areas of our present world
Winds must turn those giant wind sails and people of many countries must change their outlooks
But above all manner of complexities one thing vividly sticks out in my mind -
- that one thing is you my love for you are needed to keep me; Nature and her flock flourishing.
During our walks, where would your furry friends be without you nurturing each one of them everyday?
Where would the trees and beauty of the forest lie if you didn't say, "Hello" as you pass by?
Why would those beautiful flowers bother to open their buds if you weren't here to share their beauty?
Not only are you important to my existence, so much of Nature depends on your continued love of life.
I sit and ponder over the years you and I have shared since we were drawn together on that wonderful day
How today you remain as loyal and loving as you did when our eyes touched each other's face in that market place
Quite freely I admit my dependence on you for my everyday happiness and I can't overstate your importance
My dependence on you begins when my eyes open in the morning until they close again each night.
When you leave for work during a weekday a feeling of dejection climbs into my body to sit with me
Then there is the silence that cheerfully takes over where your beautiful voice left off -
- of all the traits I dislike most, silence is that enemy of my mind that just won't leave me alone
As you can see, you are the most important fact in my life and I am waiting for you to come home.
