You're A Drug And I'm Addicted

by Irene   Jul 23, 2008

My heart burns,
as the Earth turns.
The burning sensation is killing me,
and the cause is he.
I drown in my tears,
hearing your voice chases away all my fears.
If I can't be with you then i'd rather die,
and this certainly is no lie.
My heart has been broken many times before,
as we started going out you repaired it before day four.
Whenever i read you poems I go mute,
both you and your poems are cute.
I can get high off your love,
you make me feel like a beautiful, white dove.
I can't get enough of you, you're like a drug,
I am longing for your hug.
Your love, i'm addicted to,
there's no one, I want more than I want you.
