In The Court Of Shattering Dreams

by Soulful Ensemble   Jul 23, 2008

Watch the gentle wind that flows through my essential charms
That disappear whenever you forget to get dressed and start.
Twenty light bulbs so bright, watch as they burn tonight
And explode with massive chaos that make your moments right.
You hate everything and its getting so annoying,
To shut you up I'll say i must be going.
I had all the time in the world for rainbow pies
And would've taken you away from the stench of flies
That move, float and curl above the skies
To rust the chains of shattering cries
That softly sung in other tongues
You couldn't have known were wrong.

The kings and emperors marched to play some games
With the other kings and emperors now in chains.
And the soldiers celebrated in the castles
Drinking champaign and laughing, " what a hassle".
They now control the world that spins in fire
But the spinning wind will take them higher
As it stops the burning fire, peace acquired
Brings back the happiness that was so dire
And now everyone is so inspired
They will soon be ready to retire..
