Is it war? or just a genocide? maybe neither... maybe both

I mean no disrepect, and I am certain you can find many an author on here who will tell you I never have a bad word to say about a poem unless it's constructive, but: what does the title have to do with the verse, and don't you think you've cut it all just a little bit short?

Please accept my apologies if this is a "work in progress", but it's come up in my keyword search for "war" as a new poem.
