Why did you tell me that you cared for me
when it was a lie
why did you come back to me
just to hurt me again
why is that you made me this way
why did you do this to me
i wanted everything for you
i wanted to give you everything and then more
you pushed me so far away that i couldn't see you
every time i got close you moved away
i wanted to make thing better
you made things worse
i told you the truth
you lied to me
i gave up
you wanted more

when i caught you on your lies

but when i did you ignored me
you watched me go through pain
inside you were laughing
i looked you in the eye

you took it and used it against me
