Magic

by Ray Smallshaw   Jul 25, 2008

The conjurer with his sleight of hand,
Can turn an apple into sand,

Yet there is no magic in this,
The magic is in your kiss,

The conjurer with his magic hat,
Can produce a rabbit, just like that,

Yet there is no magic in this,
The true magic is in our feelings of bliss,

The conjurer with his pack of cards,
Can make ribbon yard upon yards,

Yet there is no true magic I say,
The true magic is when we lay,

The conjurer with his magic flowers,
Can make them change colour hours upon hours,

Yet there is no magic its true,
As I've proved that magic is loving YOU!
