the good and the bad.

why do you put me on a pedestal?
I'm up so high
i can see the ground below

I'm going to make mistakes

i feel so drowned out

on the outer side
i want you to smile and say
"she's my daughter"

you say that all those things are true
but you wouldn't say so if you were me

all the pain i get put through
