I'll miss you

Your going to be gone for only a month but it'll feel like forever,
I will count the days until we are again together.
We haven't been apart for that long I wonder how it's going to be,
It's going to feel weird without you here with me.
I'm going to miss you more then you can ever imagine,
Ill miss you staring at me all the time with that one look with that grin.
It's going to be torture waiting a month just to wrap my arms around you,
Maybe it'll be easier knowing your going through the same thing too.
At least I finally said what I've been putting off for awhile,
And ill be waiting for the day I can say it again in person so I can see your beautiful smile.
For when that day comes it'll be one we both will remember well,
Cuz it'll be the day I look you in the eyes and say "I love you shantel".
