The Power of A Kiss (Terzanelle)

by Ashleigh Skye   Jul 28, 2008

Kiss me and take away all of the pain,
and with your strength you shall set me free,
kiss me and take away all of the pain.

Blanket my soul with serenity,
defending against the waves of sorrow,
and with your strength you shall set me free.

Give me the strength to believe in tomorrow,
a life raft setting sail,
defending against the waves of sorrow.

A single kiss can make love prevail,
as my pain drifts away,
a life raft setting sail.

A single kiss brightens the day,
shedding light through the dark,
as my pain drifts away.

With your love you create the spark,
kiss me and take away all of the pain,
shedding light through the dark,
kiss me and take away all of the pain.
