Sing to me like old times

by Aliah   Jul 29, 2008

I can't write you sonnets or romantic love poems
I won't be too cliche to say you're one in a million.
I'd wish you'd sing to me like old times
And I'd fall for you one more night.
Here I wait for the telephone
Deep in my heart I wished it was you
But like rainbows you just come and fade
And in a second comes goodbye.
Tears can't fall, my river ran dry
All that's left is an empty soul.
