Life's Unfair

Sometimes I wonder why life's unfair,
I hate to go through it with despair.
Despair is so dreadful, I know it is,
Because of it I lost my showbiz.
Sometimes I wonder why life's unfair,
It's like life called me into a dare.
A dare can be hazardous and so bold
that you'll be left in the blistering cold.
Sometimes I wonder why life's unfair,
It's no wonder why I pull my hair.
My hair is thinning and going gray
the result of stressing each and every day.
Sometimes I wonder why life's unfair,
I hate to think the world don't care.
The world is huge and can be so mean
stick up for yourself so you can be seen.
Sometimes I wonder why life's unfair,
It makes my heart receive a tear.
My heart gets old yet it can still love
it is so pure just like a white dove.
Sometimes I wonder why life's unfair,
I may decide to go 'somewhere'.
It can be any place that is so rare,
A place that life can finally be fair!
