What is left here

by DarkCrystalbtrfy   Jul 31, 2008

A silver flame
put out by a dreadful tear.
Now quite teary eyes watch
eerie shadows,
cast in the dark.
Shadows of a love,
so longed for
and now it can only
remain in the eye
of midnight's pale moon.
No hopes left here.
No fairy tale love
could ever be in this world of coal.
What left here
is no ambition
no faith,
barely even a dream
of what could be.
No change can come now,
alls to late.
Nothing left to do,
but fade out like the silver flame,
and pale moon
becoming a wandering
longing shadow.
